  • What are your hours?

    Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
  • How long will it take for you to complete a project for us?

    Project duration varies based on size and complexity. Typically, our tenant improvements take approximately 2-3 months of construction time. We can provide a more accurate timeline after assessing your specific project requirements.
  • Do I have to have a complete plan for an estimate?

    A complete set of plans is not necessary for us to provide you with a budget estimate. We can work with preliminary ideas to give you an initial cost projection.
  • We are looking for a general contractor to complete a new restaurant project. How long would that take to complete?

    For a new restaurant project, the construction phase generally takes about 3-4 months. This timeline accounts for the installation of specialized kitchen equipment and other restaurant-specific requirements.
  • What are your terms for a tenant improvement build-out?

    Our standard payment structure for tenant improvement projects is as follows: 30% down payment at project initiation, 30% at 50% completion, 30% at 90% completion, and the final 10% upon project completion and receipt of the certificate of occupancy.
  • Do you have the manpower to complete the job in a timely fashion?

    We collaborate with a network of skilled subcontractors, allowing us to scale our workforce according to project demands. This flexibility ensures we can meet agreed-upon timelines efficiently.
